- Drive sales and customer satisfaction by providing expert beauty consultations and product recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with beauty trends and industry techniques to offer knowledgeable advice.
- Develop strong relationships with regular customers and assist with inventory management.
- Perform product demonstrations and maintain a positive brand image for Cherry Philippines, a leading wholesale distributor.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience needed.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales and communication abilities, public speaking acumen, and basic sales management knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide beauty consultations, recommend products, conduct product demonstrations, meet sales targets, and maintain customer relations.
- Working Conditions: In-store role requiring presence during retail hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Qualities and Traits: Approachable, well-groomed, knowledgeable about beauty trends, and passionate about customer service.
