创作者增长（创作者 BD / 创作者运营）
职位名称： 创作者增长运营 / 创作者 BD（订阅制内容平台）岗位职责：负责平台创作者供给增长：从 0 到 1 搭建创作者招募、筛选、入驻、激活全流程。
制定并执行创作者分层策略（头部 / 腰部 / 长尾），完成月度入驻量、活跃创作者数、创作者 GMV 目标。
开拓多渠道获客：短视频平台、直播公会、MCN、社群、垂直社区、海外创作者网络等。
设计创作者激励、分成谈判、冷启动扶持方案，提升入驻转化与首月开播/发布率。
与产品、运营协作优化创作者后台、结算、流量分发，降低流失。
定期复盘渠道 ROI、创作者质量与生命周期，输出可复制的增长打法。
任职要求：
2 年以上创作者/主播/网红招募或内容平台运营经验，有直播公会、MCN、短视频平台、订阅/打赏产品经验优先。
熟悉创作者谈判、分成机制、冷启动与激励设计。
具备较强沟通、抗压与结果导向能力，能独立完成从线索到入驻的闭环。
接受订阅制、具备基本合规意识。
英语加分（便于对接海外创作者）。
