Overseas Futures BD

Job Responsibilities

1. Overseas Market Business Development

-Be responsible for business development for the exchange's futures business in overseas markets, identifying and establishing high-quality partnership resources.

-Focus on developing partnerships with KOLs, communities, trading teams, affiliates, channel partners, and other industry partners.

-Build and maintain a strong network of core BD resources across overseas markets, continuously expanding the market influence of the futures business.

2. KOL and Channel Partnerships

-Be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating with, and onboarding KOLs, traders, and

community resources in overseas markets.

-Drive various collaboration models, including KOL-led trading, content promotion, community operations, and campaign promotion.

-Establish long-term and stable partnerships while continuously improving partner engagement and performance.

3. Futures Business Growth

-Develop and execute BD growth plans centered around the futures trading business.

-Drive growth in new users, active traders, trading volume, and fee revenue through channel

partnerships.

-Track the performance of partner channels and continuously optimize cooperation strategies and resource allocation efficiency.

4. Business Events and Partnership Projects

-Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, including AMAs, trading competitions, community events, KOL campaigns, and other promotional initiatives.

-Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to ensure the successful launch and execution of partnership projects.

-Collect market and user feedback and provide recommendations for futures product development and operational strategies.

5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis

-Continuously monitor the crypto market, futures trading landscape, and competitor developments in overseas markets.

-Analyze industry trends, user needs, and competitors' BD strategies.

-Regularly provide market insights and partnership resource analysis to support business decisionmaking.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in BD, channel development, or marketing within the Crypto, Web3, or cryptocurrency exchange industry.

2. Familiar with the business model of centralized exchanges (CEX) and have a solid understanding of products such as perpetual futures, margin trading, and copy trading.

3. Candidates with existing resources in overseas KOLs, communities, trading teams, or channel partners are preferred.

4. Strong business development, negotiation, and resource integration skills, with the ability to

independently manage the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing to execution.

5. Data-driven and highly results-oriented, with strong business acumen and goal awareness.

6. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

7. Highly self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing Crypto industry environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges such as Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, Gate, MEXC, or similar platforms.

2. Extensive resources among overseas futures KOLs, traders, communities, affiliates, or agents.

3. Experience in futures trading, quantitative trading, or copy trading.

4. Strong familiarity with the Crypto user ecosystem in overseas markets.

5. Proven experience in successfully executing large-scale KOL campaigns, trading competitions, or channel growth initiatives
