投放BD （远程办公 ，招中国籍 ）

岗位职责
1. 聚焦短剧生态，深度挖掘短剧流量潜力，制定针对性投放方案，突破现有流量获取瓶颈，助力业务增长目标达成。
2. 精准适配快手平台规则与算法逻辑，搭建科学完善的投放策略体系，持续优化投流 ROI，确保投放效益最大化。
3. 基于投放数据反馈，精准提炼素材优化方向，反向驱动内容团队进行素材迭代与内容创作，优化素材风格、叙事节奏、呈现形式等，提升素材点击率与投放转化率，形成“投放-反馈-迭代”的闭环机制。
4. 建立每日/每周常态化复盘机制，深度分析投放数据（曝光、点击、转化、ROI 等），快速识别策略漏洞与优化空间，及时调整投放策略。具备策略跨平台迁移能力，可借鉴其他渠道（字节、腾讯等）成功经验，适配快手生态优化投放逻辑。
职位要求
1. 大专及以上学历，2年以上投放策略运营工作经验，国际短剧，游戏站等内容行业增长运营、投放、媒体优化相关经验优先。
2拥有主流平台投流经验，有成熟站长资源，熟悉dsp 网盟 facebook tiktok google等海内外投放方式。
3. 具备海内外短剧广告投放全流程操盘经验，有大型短剧项目投放实操案例，熟悉短剧行业特性、用户偏好及投放痛点，能够独立应对复杂项目的投放管理工作。
4. 具备独立输出渠道全链路投放策略的能力，可精准规划人群定向、素材风格、竞价逻辑等核心模块；严格遵循每日/每周复盘优化机制，能够快速根据数据反馈迭代策略；同时具备策略跨平台迁移能力，可将其他渠道成熟策略适配快手生态落地。
