负责日本市场的合约业务拓展，建立并维护与日本本地项目方、机构、交易团队、KOL、媒体、社区等合作关系
- 深入拓展日本加密交易用户、量化团队、做市商、代理商等资源，为合约板块带来有效交易量和新增用户
- 规划并执行适配日本市场的推广活动（如合约交易挑战赛、返佣计划、KOL合作、线下Meetup等）
- 跟踪日本加密市场趋势、监管环境和竞争格局，为合约业务提供市场洞察及策略建议
- 协调本地资源与总部产品、市场、运营等团队，推进合作落地并实现可量化业务增长
- 负责商务谈判、合作方案制定、执行与复盘，确保日本区域合作ROI最大化
Requirements
- 日语为母语，或具备商务级以上日语能力；能用日语进行商务交流及拓展合作
- 深入了解日本加密市场文化及用户行为，有加密、交易所或Web3行业经验者优先
- 熟悉合约/永续/期货等衍生品交易，对交易机制、返佣体系、交易模式有基础理解
- 有较强商务沟通能力、谈判能力和BD执行能力，能独立完成从拓展到落地的全流程
- 结果导向，自驱力强，能在快速变化的行业节奏中完成KPI
Nice to Have
- 拥有日本区域的加密行业资源（如KOL、CEX合作方、社区、媒体、量化团队、做市商等）
- 在头部交易所、Broker、合约平台或加密衍生品领域有BD经验
- 具备执行日本市场增长案例（如合约活动、用户转化、线下活动等）
- 熟悉日本监管政策及合规要求
