KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs
2. Identify pain points and create solutions for the identified pain points
3. Performing extensive research and learning all about the client's products, marketing goals and needs.
4. Negotiating with clients, solving problems and making sure that deadlines are me
5. Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients
6. Making “pitches” to win new business
7. A Senior Business Development Manager will caddy and train the full operations

SOFT SKILLS

1. Patient when dealing with the clients and production team 
2.  Leadership skills to lead the team especially when faced with great challenges

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES:

• Good written and verbal communication skills (English proficient)
• Has the ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines
• Knowledgeable with MODULAR FABRICATION is a must
• Familiar with Furniture’s, parts and tooling and alike is an advantage
• Technical knowledge in structural works is a plus
• Willing to do field work / travel around Metro Manila (additional allowance if outside MM)
• Non-swiping attendance
• With travel allowance and representation allowance (reimbursable while probationary) 
• Company Vehicle issuance upon achievement of a certain sales quota and tenure
• Willing to do back-end clerical / admin works (i.e. liquidations, job P.O. etc.)
• Amenable to report to Novaliches, QC Main Plant when no client meetings
• *May extend working hours even on weekend and holidays for client inquiries
