Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
•  With at least 1-2 years of experience as Bartender
•  Solid understanding of classic cocktails, beer styles, wine varietals, and standard pouring techniques.
•  Proficiency in using Point of Sale software for order entry and payment processing.
•  Capacity to lift and move heavy objects, such as full beer kegs or cases of liquor.
•  Speed and precision in glass handling, pouring, and garnishing, especially during high-volume "rush" periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or custom guest requests.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience by taking orders, offering recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar station. This includes prepping garnishes, managing ice, and rotating stock
• Accurately process payments using the POS system and manage cash drawers and coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service throughout the venue.
