Beverage Preparation & Service

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, liqueurs, and craft beverages.
• Recommend wine and cocktail pairings that complement menu offerings.
• Ensure all beverages meet presentation and quality standards.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and comply with responsible service regulations.

Guest Experience

• Provide attentive, personalized service in a professional and polished manner.
• Engage guests with menu knowledge and beverage recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with discretion and professionalism.

Bar Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed.
• Follow proper opening and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system accurately for order entry and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Support overall restaurant operations during peak hours.
• Participate in staff training and beverage menu development as needed.
