Barman / Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Interact with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies when needed.
• Process payments and operate the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations.
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a bartender or barman is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and drink recipes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
