The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent guest service. The role also ensures that the bar is clean, organized, properly stocked, and compliant with the restaurant’s service and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and proper portions.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests.
- Take beverage orders and coordinate with FOH staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, glassware, and work areas.
