Bartender – Camp Netanya Resort & Spa

Camp Netanya Resort & Spa is a leading hospitality provider in Mabini, Batangas, dedicated to offering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bartender to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation: Accurately and effectively prepare and serve a range of drinks, including non-alcoholic choices and traditional cocktails
• Customer service: Welcome visitors, take orders, offer advice, and professionally and amiably address client concerns
• Bar maintenance: Ensure that the bar area is spotless, well-stocked with ice, glassware, and supplies. Carry out cleaning tasks as needed
• Inventories management: Keep the bar stocked and monitor inventories, including placing orders for supplies
• Cash handling: Use the Point of Sale (POS) system, manage tabs, and process credit card and cash transactions accurately
• Legal compliance: Serve alcohol responsibly, verify customer age, and monitor for signs of intoxication
• Cooperation: Work effectively with servers and kitchen personnel to ensure coordinated service

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Must have completed at least 2 years in any field; Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• NCII training certificate
• Must be willing to work in Mabini, Batangas
• Good knowledge in Housekeeping Department
• Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be physically fit and have good stamina
• Must be able to accommodate flexible work schedules
