Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain inventory of coffee and other supplies; assist with ordering as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:1–3 years in a barista or customer service role
- Skills and Competencies:Customer service orientation
- Qualities and Traits:Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working Conditions:Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
