Job Responsibilities I Description

• Greet customers, answer questions about menu items, make recommendations, resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and serve customers with quality drinks and service
• Prepare & Make quality drinks based on the company SOP
• Promote new drinks, pastries and other existing promo/s

Order Taking: Accurately take customer orders and input them into the POS system. Provide receipts for every transaction.

Cash Handling:

• Process payments accurately, handle cash, credit, and digital transactions, and provide correct change.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy of transactions
• Handle coupons, discounts, and other special offers.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and company events

Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace and equipment. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following company and organization cleaning standards and sanitation regulations

Inventory Management: Restock supplies like cups, lids, and other inventory items as needed.

Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to answer questions and address customer concerns

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least High School Graduate | Vocational Diploma I Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s I College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent

· Related working experience is an advantage

· Willing to work on a shifting schedule work during holidays or even to render overtime I Flexible working hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Experience in the Food Service Industry
