Barista

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Barista to join But First, Coffee Inc. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch by preparing high-quality beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the company's standards for product quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating great customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, processing payments, and resolving customer concerns professionally.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash and cashless transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish stocks, and assist with stock receiving and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the café, equipment, and work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Support daily branch operations by completing opening and closing duties and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support business needs.

Qualifications:

1. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista, Food and Beverage Crew, or in a customer service-related role.
2. Knowledgeable in branch operations, including customer service, beverage preparation, cash handling, inventory management, sales reporting, and food safety and sanitation standards.
3. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
4. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Willing to work full-time onsite and preferably residing in Taytay, Rizal or nearby areas.
6. Flexible to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
