• Drink Preparation: Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages and non-coffee drinks according to standard recipes.

• Technical Calibration: Dial in espresso shots and calibrate grinders daily to ensure consistent flavor profiles.

• Equipment Care: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the espresso machine, grinders, and other brewing equipment to ensure peak performance.

• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

2. Customer Service & POS Operations

• Order Management: Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations with a friendly attitude.

• Transaction Handling: Efficiently operate the POS system for cash and digital payments.

• Reporting: Complete end-of-day sales reporting and manage cashier turnover/remittance with high integrity.

• Conflict Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience for every guest.

3. Dining Area & Kitchen Support

• Food Service: Prepare light meals, pastries, and café food items following recipes and portion standards.

• Dining Maintenance: Proactively clear and sanitize tables after guests depart to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

• Sanitation: Keep the coffee station, kitchen prep areas, and guest seating areas clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.

4. Operations, Inventory & Reporting

• Assist in opening and closing procedures of the café

• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies for bar and kitchen

• Generate basic inventory reports, including daily stock usage, low-stock items, and wastage

• Report inventory concerns and submit reports to the Head Barista

• Help minimize wastage through proper storage, handling, and portion control
