We are looking for a hardworking, customer-focused, and passionate Barista to join our Operations Team. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee, matcha, and other beverages while maintaining excellent customer service and cleanliness standards.The successful candidate will also be trained and cross-trained in other operational roles, depending on business needs, skills, and performance.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, matcha, non-coffee beverages, and other menu items according to Coffee Daily standards and recipes.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and serving portions.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, POS, and other café equipment properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and other assigned work areas.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, grooming, and operational procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, inventory, restocking, and basic store maintenance.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Participate in company training and coaching programs.
• Be willing to learn and perform other operational duties as assigned.

Cross-Training & Career Development
Baristas may be trained in other available Operations roles based on their performance, potential, skills, and the operational needs of the company. Cross-training may include areas such as cashiering/POS, inventory, production, kitchen support, customer service, and leadership responsibilities.
