We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Barista to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing quality beverages, delivering warm guest service, and maintaining café standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other café offerings according to brand standards
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all drinks served
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional guest service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and workstations
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Handle basic cashiering and POS transactions when assigned
• Support inventory handling, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years of barista or café experience preferred
• Knowledge of coffee basics (espresso, milk steaming, drink preparation)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
