Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with patrons to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop environment.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (entry-level)
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to Details, Customer Service Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills
- Qualities and Traits: Flexibility, Consistency, Strong Work Ethic
