- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and menu offerings to make recommendations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Atleast College Graduate
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong coffee knowledge and preparation skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with standing for long periods
