Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences.
- Perform high-quality latte art and showcase coffee knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offerings to increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including workstations and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Latte Art, Coffee Knowledge, Upselling Skills, Flexibility
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare beverages, clean work areas, provide customer service
- Qualities and Traits: Good communication skills, friendly demeanor, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
