Kura Cafe is seeking an experienced Barista to join our vibrant and welcoming cafe in General Trias City, Cavite. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our cafe. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic hospitality team.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more
• Ensuring the highest quality of coffee and tea preparation, following established recipes and brewing techniques
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and making recommendations
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the coffee station and equipment
• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Collaborating with the cafe team to create a positive and engaging atmosphere for our customers

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over, and various brewing methods
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a warm, friendly, and engaging experience for guests
• High attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with café operations, including inventory management and basic cash handling
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service
• Honest, reliable, and with strong integrity, with a willingness to continuously improve skills, grow professionally, and learn more about coffee—including coffee roasting
