We are looking for a Head Barista with 1-2 years of experience working in a coffee shop or as a barista. Male or female candidates who live in Baguio or nearby are preferred. You should be skilled in making espresso-based drinks, brewing coffee, and using coffee machines, with a basic understanding of coffee beans and how to customize drinks. This role requires someone friendly, customer-focused, and with good communication skills. As Head Barista, you will lead the barista team, ensure quality drinks are served, help with training, and create a great experience for our customers.

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a barista or in a coffee shop setting
• Skilled in preparing espresso-based drinks, brewing coffee, and using coffee machines
• Must have basic knowledge of coffee beans and drink customization
• Preferably a resident of Baguio or nearby areas
• Friendly, customer-focused, and has good communication skills
