- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and teas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Hospitality or related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a barista or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in latte art, strong coffee knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication, and upselling skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee, engage with customers, manage inventory, and ensure quality consistency.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced café environment, may require flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be friendly, adaptable, detail-oriented, and have strong interpersonal skills.
