The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting cafe environment. • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including iced and brewed coffee, with precision and consistency.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the cafe and equipment are clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
• Operate Equipment: Use and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Cash Handling: Process customer payments, issue receipts, and manage the cash register accurately.

• Experience: Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
• Passion for Coffee: A genuine interest in coffee and a willingness to learn about brewing techniques and coffee flavors.
