Job Responsibilities:
•Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas.
•Rotate among different work areas as necessary, including but not limited to:
•Front Counter: Taking customer orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
•Barista Station: Preparing drinks, managing supplies, and ensuring the bar area remains clean.
•Seating Area: Maintaining cleanliness, ensuring customer comfort, and restocking supplies.
•Back of House: Supporting inventory management, preparing food items, and assisting with cleaning and maintenance tasks.
•Take customer orders and process payments efficiently and accurately.
•Ensure a clean and organized workstation and dining area, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
•Maintain inventory of coffee supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishment.
•Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions about menu items and making recommendations.
•Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
•Assist in opening and closing the café, adhering to standard procedures.
•Monitor and uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café, including regularly cleaning coffee machines and equipment.
