Skilled in latte art and has a strong coffee knowledge base.
Adept at upselling products and extras to customers.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Able to maintain quality and consistency in drink preparation.
Flexible with working hours including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
Keen attention to detail for taking and executing orders accurately.
