Description

  • Plans and oversees all aspects of banquets/catering events, including manpower line up, set-up and events implementation.
  • Responsible for the supervision of all Banquet OIC, Supervisors, Banquet Planner and regular captain waiters.
  • Reviews contract and requirements of events.
  • Ensure that all event requirements are planned according to contract.

Requirement

  • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any management course.
  • With minimum of 4 years experience as Banquet Manager or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work in flexible hours.
  • Has experience in working in a fast-paced environment. Preferably in catering company or hotels
  • Willing to work on Sundays and Holidays or as required by the business.
  • Willing to work ASAP.
