Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other bakers and kitchen staff to meet production goals.
- Experiment with new recipes and techniques to improve product offerings.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in baking or pastry preparation.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Able to work in an extended time and weekends.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.
