Job Description
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads;
- Ensure quality control in taste, texture, and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
- Monitor inventory and order ingredients as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required, NC 2
- Experience Level: with at least 6 months work related experience as Assistant Baker
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking, self-starter with excellent kitchen hygiene, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to lift heavy items.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and bake various bread
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with potential exposure to heat.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and enthusiastic about baking.
