- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes.
- Ensure that all baked goods meet quality standards for taste and presentation.
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, ensuring freshness and availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, following health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the creation of new recipes and menu items to attract customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient functions
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking
