Description
- Product Preparation: Mix, knead, and bake a variety of traditional breads and pastries according to established recipes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all baked goods meet quality and freshness standards before display or sale.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized baking area, following health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient supplies and assist in restocking as needed.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, taking special orders and providing recommendations on baked goods.
Requirements
- Previous baking experience preferred.
- Familiarity with traditional baking techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking.
