Responsibilities:
• Operate backhoe for excavation, trenching, backfilling, and site clearing
• Assist in utility and drainage works
• Perform basic equipment checks & maintenance
• Follow safety protocols and site instructions
Qualifications:
• Experience operating backhoe in construction (preferred)
• With valid license or HE operator certification (advantage)
• With TESDA NCII (advantage)
• Can work extended hours if required
