Backhoe Operator

Job Description
- Operate backhoes and other heavy machinery to complete various construction tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment before use.
- Follow blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate work.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations on the job site.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of heavy machinery operation
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
