Requirement

  • Job Title: Backhoe Operator
  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High School or Senior High School degree; additional certifications in heavy equipment operation are an advantage.
  • Experience Level: Requires 1-3 years of experience in operating backhoe and other construction equipment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating backhoes and understanding of excavation procedures, maintenance skills, and basic mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Operating the backhoe to dig trenches, backfill excavations, and perform general construction tasks; maintaining equipment and following safety protocols.
  • Working Conditions: Will work in various outdoor conditions and must be prepared to work in weather extremes and adapt to changing work environments.
  • Qualities and Traits: Punctual, reliable, safety-conscious, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team.
