Description
- Integrate server-side logic and functionalities for high-performance web applications at Glophics Web Design and Advertising Inc.
- Support our front-end developers by implementing robust, reusable, and scalable APIs.
- Model and manage databases efficiently to store and handle application data sufficiently.
- Maintain code quality, organization and versioning in a fast-paced ICT environment.
- Identify and remedy application bottlenecks to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Stay informed about emerging backend technologies and their potential applications.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in backend development roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HTML, C#, C++, C, PHP, SQL, Node.js, Python, Java, and Laravel. Strong understanding of database management and architecture.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and maintain web applications. Write clean, scalable code. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements. Create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with the option to work remotely. Be part of a dynamic team working in an agile environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong teamwork capabilities.
