Senior Oracle Cloud Specialist - HCM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist to lead and support Oracle HCM implementation and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise across Oracle HCM modules, combined with hands-on experience in reporting, integrations, data migration, and Oracle Cloud technologies.

This role is suited for an experienced Oracle professional who can work independently with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to deliver complex end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and stabilization.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including:
• Core HR
• Recruitment
• Compensation
• Learning
• Time & Labor
• Develop and maintain HCM reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Create and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex HCM business requirements.
• Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Work with HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL, and related Oracle data-management capabilities.
• Collaborate with HR, business, IT, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, defect resolution, data validation, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to junior Oracle HCM resources.
• Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud innovations, including AI Agents, VBCS, and Redwood UX.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft experience.
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
• Strong functional expertise across multiple Oracle HCM modules, particularly:
• Core HR

• Hands-on experience with:
• OTBI
• BI Publisher
• Fast Formulas
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• HCM APIs
• HCM Extracts
• HDL
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM architecture, integrations, data flows, and implementation methodologies.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion AI Agents, VBCS, and Redwood is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite and accommodate shifting schedules when required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is more than an Oracle HCM configurator. The strongest candidates will have proven implementation ownership, broad module exposure, and enough technical depth to work across HCM configuration, reporting, integrations, APIs, and data migration.
