Microsoft Studio & Power Automate Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automations using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)  
• Build applications and solutions using Microsoft
• Power Platform / Power Apps Studio – utilizing Copilot or AI features available in MS Stack
• Automate manual, repetitive, and high-volume processes across HR, Finance, Operations, and Shared Services
• Integrate automations with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, ServiceNow, and SAP
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical designs
• Create and maintain solution documentation, process flows, and operational runbooks 
• Perform unit, system, and UAT testing and support defect resolution
• Provide post-go-live support and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications

4–6 years experience; strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Studio & Power Automate (cloud & desktop flows) and Power Apps including Copilot or other AI solutions; experience with enterprise integrations
