Job Description

The Junior Programmer is responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, and improvement of the company’s software, websites, and internal systems. The role includes writing basic to intermediate code, managing databases, preparing system reports, and providing technical support to end users. The Junior Programmer works closely with senior developers and various departments to ensure all systems function efficiently and meet business requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain programs using VB/VB.NET, PHP, and Java
  • Assist in building and enhancing web applications
  • Create and maintain SQL databases, queries, and reports
  • Generate reports using Crystal Reports
  • Troubleshoot system and website issues
  • Maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with IT/MIS teams and other departments
  • Learn new tools and technologies as required


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of VB/VB.NET, PHP, Java, SQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and Crystal Reports
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Graduate of Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
