- Overflow hall as Park inn hotel
- Operates live production equipment if no volunteer is available
- Audio mixer
- Computer/Laptop with propresenter software
- Lights
- Camera
- Video switcher
- Maintenance and safekeeping of live production and exalt equipment
- Stage set-up
