Description
- Sell automotive parts to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts selection and compatibility.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:3-5 years of experience in automotive parts sales or related field
- Skills and Competencies:Strong English communication skills
- Skills and Competencies:Problem-solving abilities
- Skills and Competencies:Excellent multitasking skills
- Qualities and Traits:Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Working Conditions:Will work in a retail environment with occasional warehouse duties
