Territory / Technical Service Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide field technical support and resolve customer issues
- Assist dealers in troubleshooting product concerns
- Conduct technician training programs
- Execute service campaigns and field activities
- Monitor productivity and technical performance
- Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance
- Service Performance Standards (SLA).
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- 1 years experience in automotive service or aftersales
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Knowledge in warranty processes
- Good communication and reporting skills
