- Manage appointment scheduling and customer/client inquiries
- Process paperwork, invoices, and repair orders
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with inventory and purchasing management and order processing
- Communicate with customers, technicians, and suppliers
- Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk duties
- Any undergraduate degree can apply
- 6 months or more previous experience in administrative or automotive service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- WILLING TO WORK IN MAKATI
