Responsibilities

• Accept deliveries, check items against purchase orders, and ensure proper documentation.
• Track stock levels, update records, and conduct cycle counts to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Assist technicians or clients by providing accurate and timely parts support.
• Store parts securely, protect against damage or loss, and maintain proper labeling.
• Arrange items systematically in storage areas for easy access and efficient workflow.
• Notify management of discrepancies, damages, or equipment malfunctions promptly.

Job Requirements

• College graduate of any related program
• Experience in the same field is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer literate, especially for inventories
