• Receives Service/Repair Orders from Service Advisors and reviews/validates the details and/or customer complaints. 
• Ensures that Service/Repair Orders are properly allocated and distributed based on the degree of position and competency of technicians. 
• Ensures an equitable allocation of job assignments at all times.
• Handles the plotting of the Repair Order in the dealership’s Communication Process Control Board.
• Addresses issues and concerns on service/ repair order allocation and distribution.
• Monitors each technician's progress and ensures that the allowed time per job is used productively and efficiently.
• Checks and monitors the repair status of vehicles

EDUCATION:  Graduate of any Automotive Vocational Course 

WORK EXPERIENCE: 3 Years of relevant work experience

ELIGIBILITY: Professional Driver’s License 1 and 2

TRAINING:  NC I Certification
