- Basic understanding of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance schedules
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to customers
Customer Service Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle complaints, upsell services, and maintain a professional demeanor
Organizational Skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and attention to detail
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or automotive-related role
- Prior experience as a service advisor, service writer, or similar position is highly desirable
