- Supervise the daily activities of the Maintenance/Motorpool Team.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for company vehicles.
- Monitor the condition, repair, and maintenance of all company vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicles undergo scheduled PMS, oil changes, inspections, and necessary repairs.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs with mechanics, service centers, and suppliers.
- Monitor spare parts, tools, tires, batteries, lubricants, and other motorpool supplies.
- Maintain updated records of vehicle repairs, maintenance history, registration, insurance, and other documents.
- Monitor fuel usage and identify unusual vehicle maintenance or operating expenses.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for major vehicle epair and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper use, safekeeping, and accountability of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Prepare regular maintenance and motorpool reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned by Management.
- Willing to work extended hours when necessary.
