- Serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the car workshop.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth operation of the reception area.
- Handle cash transactions and billing processes accurately.
- Provide information about services and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cashiering, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of car workshop operations
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Qualities and Traits: Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Working Conditions: May require evening or weekend shifts depending on the workshop's schedule
