  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks within the automotive department.
  • Provide support to the automotive team to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to automotive services and repairs.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for service technicians and clients.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
