Job Description:

• Conduct Body Repair & Paint Dealer Operations Standards (BRP-DOS) evaluation, implementation and continuous process improvements in Dealers
• Perform administration and coordination jobs for the BRP and Dealer Standards Unit
• Collect business & process KPIs (Key Performance Indices) from the dealers
• Analyze gathered/collected data from the dealers
• Provide recommendations/action plans to improve the current business standing of the dealers
• Assist and provide support to dealers so that given targets will be achieved
• Provide support in the development of training materials for BRP personnel, whenever necessary
• Perform safety duties and responsibilities, and comply with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• College graduate of Business/Industrial Engineering course
• Preferably with work experience in the automotive industry and aftersales business
• With work experience or background with body repair & paint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must know how to drive, with valid (AB) driver's license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
