Automation Tester (Junior to Senior)

Location: Taguig | Hybrid (3x a week)

Shift: Morning Shift

Salary:

• Junior (1-2 years): up to ₱50K/month
• Senior (3-5 years): up to ₱105K/month

Job Description

We are looking for Junior and Senior Automation Testers who are passionate about quality assurance and driven to deliver seamless user experiences. You will work closely with a dedicated squad team, helping drive product quality by creating robust test scripts and integrating automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans and scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Develop scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to boost efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure all assigned testing deliverables are completed on time within the sprint and release cycle.
• Generate and communicate test reports to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and business users to address defects and improve quality.
• Advocate and implement automation best practices.
• Participate actively in squad events and foster continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on testing trends to continuously enhance processes.
• Assist in sprint planning for resources and timelines.

Skills and Tools

• Automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, Java, Maven, Postman
• API Testing: REST and SOAP
• Familiar with Azure DevOps Pipelines and parallel test execution
• Experience testing web, mobile, and Windows applications
• Agile methodologies and tools: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
• Cross-platform and cross-product testing experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience
• Junior Level: 1–2 years of automation testing experience
• Senior Level: 3–5 years of automation testing experience
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to learn systems in-depth
• Experience working with external vendors or parties is a plus
